العربية · Arabic-speaking patients

Arabic health care, by a physician who knows the region.

Dr. Kouka served as a neurosurgeon in Kuwait from 1986 to 1991, including throughout the Gulf War – providing life-saving brain and spinal surgery to patients of all nationalities during one of the most challenging medical environments in the region's modern history.

He speaks Arabic fluently and understands the medical traditions, family health concerns, and preventive care gaps across the Arab world. For patients across the Gulf (Kuwait, Qatar, UAE, Saudi Arabia) and the Eastern Mediterranean (Palestine, Jordan, Lebanon, Syria) – this is access to a trusted Arab-American neurosurgeon-trained brain health physician.

Русский · Russian-speaking patients

Medical care in Russian – by a physician trained in Odessa, Kiev, and Penza.

Dr. Kouka trained in Odessa and Kiev (Ukraine) and Penza (Russia). He was present in Kiev during the 1986 Chernobyl nuclear disaster, treating patients under extraordinary conditions before the full extent of the crisis was known.

He speaks Russian fluently and understands Soviet medical culture and the health concerns of Russian and CIS communities. No other brain health physician in America can offer this connection.
